The O’Heas have been featured on the Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate,” the Travel Channel’s “Food Paradise,” in Oprah Winfrey’s “O” Magazine, and on the Food Network’s “Chopped.” They have also appeared on Portland Maine’s WCSH NBC Channel 6 (“207”) and on WPFO Fox Channel 23 (“Good Morning Maine.”)

Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern is The Kennebunk Inn’s award-winning restaurant located in the heart of downtown Kennebunk, Maine.
Shanna and Brian O’Hea are the husband and wife team behind the culinary excellence at Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern. They are chef/owners of both Academe and the historic Kennebunk Inn. The O’Heas met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America. They have appeared on “Best Thing I Ever Ate” and “Chopped” on the Food Network and on the Travel Channel’s “Food Paradise.” They have also appeared in Oprah Winfrey’s “O” The Magazine. The O’Heas have been guest chefs at Walt Disney World’s Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Houston’s “Sugar Land Food & Wine Affair, and on Holland America Cruise Line. The O’Heas are scheduled to be guest chefs on Oceania Cruise Line in 2014.
