"The location is very peaceful and secluded, but a short drive away from several interesting Maine villages and towns. The hosts were gracious, the blueberry muffins at breakfast were to die for."

"The Inn is next to an amazing state park, although it was hard to tear ourselves away from the rocking chairs and the porch overlooking the water. The blueberry muffins were incredible and the owners friendly and kind."

"It's old Maine at its best with a long, sweeping veranda overlooking the sea and its own little harbor with tree topped islands, a big, welcoming common room with stone fireplace, and a very charming family of innkeepers."

"A classic Maine luxury, with real Maine people at the helm - real Five Islanders, lobstermen and great people going back generations. No B and B nonsense-- they don't hover --but if you want to hear some great stories, sit back and enjoy."
