The days are growing shorter and the nights are growing cooler as fall approaches. Our waterfront restaurant “Blue” will change its hours beginning the week of September 9, 2013. Esau Crosby, Executive Chef of our restaurant, “Blue” at Grey Havens Inn appeared on ABC-8 TV, WMTW Portland, Maine.
